Tamworth pigs are a hardy heritage breed that can live outside year-round. Unlike their feedlot commercial pig cousins, they do not grow rapidly. They are great mothers and a playful bunch and can forage freely for acorns and beech nuts. They thrive as part of our managed forest ecosystem.
